Jason brings twenty years of leadership, business development, consulting and management experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital services. As a trusted advisor, his goal is to help clients realize efficiencies in recruiting and staffing by identifying ways to scale and standardize through innovative value-based solutions. Through collaboration and careful analysis of a client’s hiring processes, employees, cost structure and systems, he partners to challenge their current delivery structure and how best to leverage recruitment outsourcing and assessments to drive better outcomes.
Prior to Broadleaf, Jason was a partner and FlexRPO Practice Leader with TalentRise, one of the Aleron Group companies. He also worked at Aon Hewitt where he built a strong reputation for inspiring collaboration across specialists from strategy, systems, talent, brand, assessment, performance and rewards, along with the personal breadth and depth inside human capital, to design and deliver innovative, integrated talent programs that address complex business issues while aligning with corporate strategy. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Workstream (now HRSoft), a Talent Management SaaS firm aggregating performance management, compensation, and succession modules delivered through an HR portal.
In 1999, Jason co-founded a recruiting software and services firm, PeopleBonus, and successfully positioned it for acquisition by Workstream in 2004. Previously, he held management and consulting roles at Deloitte & Touche, Lakeshore Staffing and Allegis Group. He built his career in Chicago after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Colorado (Boulder).
