Recruitment Fraud Warning

  • Protecting candidates from recruitment fraud is important to Broadleaf Results

It has come to our attention that criminals are using trusted brands like ours to perpetrate scams, preying on unsuspecting victims seeking job opportunities. We want to equip you with the knowledge to recognize and avoid falling victim to such fraudulent activities.

Recruitment fraud is a crime that involves the creation of fictitious job opportunities. These scams often occur through various online channels, such as fraudulent websites, text messages, emails, and online instant messaging interviews, all claiming to represent Broadleaf Results. These deceptive messages aim to trick victims into divulging personal and sensitive financial information.

We want you to know that Broadleaf Results will never request personal financial or security information through unsolicited messages. If you encounter any communication that asks for such sensitive details and claims to be from our organization, it’s likely a scam operated by identity thieves.

If you receive any suspicious text messages, emails, or instant messaging communications related to job offers or recruitment from someone claiming to be Broadleaf Results, please report it immediately to the FBI’s Internet Crimes Complaint Center.

  • Please note the following:

    • Broadleaf Results exclusively conducts its recruitment process through official channels and does not engage in hiring discussions via instant messaging or text messages.
    • If you receive a communication regarding employment opportunities with Broadleaf Results, please verify the address, title, and phone number of the person representing themselves as a Broadleaf Results employee.
    • Broadleaf Results will never request sensitive data such as bank account details, credit card information, financial passwords, or any form of purchase from prospective job candidates.
    • Should additional information be required during the hiring process, candidates will receive direct communication from a Broadleaf Results executive recruiter or the hiring manager.
    • Broadleaf Results always conducts interviews with candidates before making any job offers. Initial interviews may include phone conversations with a Broadleaf Results executive recruiter or video interviews using our video interviewing platforms. All official Broadleaf Results email communications will contain the executive recruiter’s direct contact information.
    • Unusual or incorrect grammar can be a warning sign of potential fraud. If you encounter an employment offer with improper grammar, please exercise caution and investigate the source of the communication.

By being vigilant and proactive, Broadleaf Results can help protect our valued candidates from identity theft and other forms of fraud.
