The recruiting process outsourcing (RPO) experts at our sister company, TalentRise, are joining the Broadleaf team, and now all RPO services will be delivered under the Broadleaf brand.

Our RPO services—known as FlexRPO—can deliver a number of different functions and solutions depending on a company’s needs and workflows:
- Flex Enterprise RPO: Broadleaf completes the entire recruiting function, from need identification to opening the requisition to onboarding the candidate.
- Project-based RPO: Often launched with a seasonal spike, new recruiting initiative, sales expansion, new business acquisition, and/or product launch. It is a great way for clients to fill a short-term gap or to pilot a long-term partnership.
- On-Demand RPO: Designed to support the client on specific pieces of the recruitment process. Depending on the client, this could include one or many aspects of Enterprise service deliverables.
- Contingent RPO: A solution whereby Broadleaf sources contingent labor through our client-dedicated recruiters in an outsourcing mode.
