For the seventh year in a row, Broadleaf Results is named to Baker’s Dozen List
Broadleaf Results, a leading provider of total talent management services, was recently named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction List for Managed Service Providers (MSP) in all four categories. This list recognizes the top 13 MSPs in the U.S. based on survey results from MSP customers. This is the seventh consecutive year that Broadleaf has been included in the Baker’s Dozen.
“Inclusion in the Baker’s Dozen is very important to us because it is completely determined by customer input,” said Lynne Marie Finn, CEO of Broadleaf. “Being named to the list for the seventh straight year demonstrates the year-over-year value our services deliver to clients. Satisfying our clients is our top priority as we partner with them to meet their talent acquisition needs.”
The HRO TodayBaker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings ranks the top providers in a number of recruitment services, including MSP. HRO Today collects feedback annually through an online survey which is distributed directly to MSP customers. The Baker’s Dozen lists are determined using an overall score from survey responses in three categories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.
