Broadleaf Results was named to HRO Today’s 2020 Baker’s Dozen List for Managed Service Program (MSP) providers. These rankings recognize the top 10 contingent labor resourcing and management providers in the U.S. and present the largest study on MSP customer satisfaction in the HR trade media.

The HRO Today Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings rank the top providers in several total workforce solutions categories, including managed service programs (MSP), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and HR consulting. HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey that is distributed directly to customers. The Baker’s Dozen rankings are determined using an overall score from survey responses and analysis of results in three areas: service breadth, company size, and quality.
