Broadleaf Results, a leading provider of total talent management services, was named to HRO Today’s 2020 Baker’s Dozen List for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firms for the second consecutive year. These rankings recognize the top 13 RPO providers in the U.S. based on customer survey results.
In addition to inclusion on this year’s RPO list, Broadleaf has also been named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list of the top providers for Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Total Workforce Solutions.
“The Broadleaf team is truly honored to receive this distinction for the second year in a row,” said Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Broadleaf. “We have expanded our RPO service offerings in recent years and are proud of our success in driving more impactful recruiting results for our customers.”
HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey that is distributed directly to customers, and its Baker’s Dozen rankings are calculated using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance. HRO Today ranks overall scores from survey responses and analyzes results in three areas: service breadth, company size, and quality.
“This award affirms that Broadleaf’s integrated services are continuing to gain traction in the marketplace,” said David Savarise, Executive Vice President of Broadleaf. “Our enhanced RPO, MSP, and total talent management solutions have been integral in solving our clients’ most challenging talent problems.”
