Joe O’Shea is the Vice President of Client Delivery for Broadleaf Results. A seasoned professional with 20+ years of industry and management expertise, Joe possesses wide-ranging program and operational experience. With a focus on quality and excellence, he oversees U.S. and India operations and leads our Recruitment Development Program, training and developing talent to support our MSP program needs. In his past role as the Senior Director of Organizational and Supplier Development at Broadleaf, Joe was responsible for supplier strategy and driving standardization and effectiveness across the organization. Joe attended Niagara University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
