In Promoting James Stronach to Vice President of Delivery and Development, Broadleaf Focuses on Talent Strategies

Buffalo, NY – Broadleaf Results, an Aleron company, is promoting James Stronach to the newly created role of Vice President of Delivery and Development. This promotion recognizes not only Stronach’s significant managerial contributions, but also Broadleaf’s focus on integrating the delivery of traditional managed service programs (MSPs) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) within its total talent management (TTM) solutions.  Together with existing program teams and leadership, he will work to continually elevate the level and value of service we provide to each customer.

Prior to his promotion, Stronach served for four years as the Senior Director of RPO for Broadleaf, during which time he was responsible for the strategic planning, organizational development, and service delivery of the company’s RPO services.  Focusing on processes and culture, his new role will be instrumental in Broadleaf’s efforts to align multiple service lines under a unified approach.

Stronach is a graduate of the University of Rochester and is based in Rochester, New York.  He brings significant experience—both in corporate and outsourced vendor environments—and passion to his new role that will advance Broadleaf’s vision of creating transformative business value through end-to-end human capital solutions.
