Broadleaf Results Announces Promotion of Suzie Mitchell to Senior Vice President, Client Delivery
Highly Accomplished Leader with a Proven Track Record of Operational Excellence
Broadleaf Results, a leading provider of talent acquisition and workforce management services and part of Aleron Group—a global workforce and business solutions company—announced the promotion of Suzie Mitchell to Senior Vice President, Client Delivery.
Mitchell joined Broadleaf in 2019 as the Vice President, Client Delivery. With 20+ years of recruiting and outsourcing industry expertise, Mitchell has been instrumental in building Broadleaf’s RPO offerings while overseeing MSP service delivery.
In her role, Mitchell will continue to lead the delivery of strategic talent management solutions to companies of all sizes throughout Canada and North America. She will oversee the development and management of the Broadleaf Client Delivery Team, ensure a positive client experience through account delivery and growth, and drive key initiatives within our organization.

Prior to Broadleaf, Mitchell’s previous professional experience featured roles at two multi-national RPO providers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and human resources at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
