Broadleaf Recognized in HRO Today’s 2018 Baker’s Dozen Managed Service Programs (MSP) List
National Harbor, MD – This week at the HRO Today Forum in National Harbor, MD, Broadleaf Results, Inc was named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen List as one of the top Managed Service Program providers. This marks the sixth consecutive year the company has been recognized with this honor.
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings are based solely on feedback from service providers’ customers. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey distributed to buyers directly through HRO Today’s mailing lists and indirectly through service providers. Once collected, response data for all providers with a significant sample size are loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.
