    Job Summary:
     Responsible for working alongside the Client Delivery Manager on the management and operations of the Company's recruitment program with our customer including client relationship management, recruiter management, and daily activity for a client account. Represents Broadleaf as the focal point for the customer. Will work with the recruitment team to ensure all processes and procedures are completed per program requirements.  Complete and uphold all Key Performance Indicators. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • In partnership with the CDM, manage the client relationship for assigned departments or territories
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to recruiters to fill open requisitions while maintaining the communication with the client regarding the process and activities 
    • Ensure efficient and effective use of sourcing and recruitment tools and resources
    • Serve  as an escalation point for the client and recruiting team
    • Analyze program and recommend best practices for the client and Broadleaf
    • Maintain individual requisition load and perform full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
    • Identify and implement efficiencies related to the recruitment process both internally and externally with the client.
    • Prepare and present reports and status updates at regular occurring client and staff meetings
    • Train and mentor new team members on both Broadleaf and the client process and procedures 
    • Validate system information for accuracy in both Broadleaf ATS and the client's ATS as appropriate.  
    • Establish reports to be sent to customer, work with reporting team to develop the reports and distribute reports to the customer
    • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Travel (up to 25%) may be required

    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience at all levels within an organization
    • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
    • Managerial or team lead experience 
    • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
     
    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
    • Ability to travel as needed
