    Job Summary:
    At Broadleaf, our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team strives to be exceptional; not just acceptable.  We are currently building RPO programs both internally at Broadleaf and for external clients that combine talent, process and technology in such a way that provides high quality recruitment services in an efficient, cost effective manner. 
    The RPO Recruitment Coordinator will play an important role by supporting client hiring manager requirements, acting as a point of contact for all candidates and aiding in the development and implementation of processes for new hiring requirements. The Coordinator will ensure seamless recruiting for both internal and external clients/candidates.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Act as liaison between hiring managers, program managers, and candidates to provide and develop positive and professional relationships with the users of the RPO
    • Participate in the development and implementation of onsite customer service plans in accordance with contractual terms and conditions through ongoing development of RPO practices and procedures
    • Responsible for assisting recruiting personnel with various administrative duties as directed
    • Manage all assigned daily transactional operations and, as appropriate, recommend new processes/procedures to enhance current areas to strengthen efficiency
    • Facilitate the workforce processes, including requisition generation, interview coordination, facility tours, offer extensions, and verification of local and federal background compliance screenings, and drug testing
    • Log all client-reported issues and track resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
     
    Other Duties:
    • Establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships through frequent contact and branch activities
    • May assist with recruiting as needed
    • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
    • Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed by Company
    • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures

    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
    • 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
    • 1+ year of proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
    • Must present a positive and professional image
