We are seeking a highly capable, action-oriented and engaged individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on the Broadleaf Delivery team.
     
    The Delivery team's main purpose is to support the fulfillment of Broadleaf's Managed Service Program (MSP) clients' open requisitions through advisement, facilitation of sourcing (directly or indirectly via an associate supplier) and screening (directly or indirectly via an associate supplier) of candidates, building talent communities by pipelining candidates and/or developing valued relationships with hiring managers and associate suppliers, and ensuring a positive experience for the active candidate being migrated to the 'hired' status and cleared to start.
     
    The Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) is responsible for implementing strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics; executing the delivery of talent acquisition services to achieve results; managing goals and objectives; and maintaining communication with established clients to ensure successful business satisfaction. The TAA is the key interface for daily program issues/successes between Broadleaf, clients, and suppliers regarding order fulfillment, workflow process, and back-office processes. The TAA also provides guidance to fellow account team members and stakeholders in keeping with organizational goals and company policy. 
     
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage and facilitate end to end contingent staffing recruitment for assigned program(s) to ensure timely fulfilment with high quality candidates, evaluation of talent, and hiring manager relationships
    • Role model positive and professional relationships with client/supplier users of Broadleaf programs
    • Facilitate regular meetings/discussions with client hiring managers regarding Broadleaf's processes and procedures to gauge satisfaction and develop a trusted-advisor relationship
    • Coach and counsel clients/suppliers as needed in a manner that yields collaboration and risk mitigation
    • Demonstrate expert understanding and strong management of all day-to-day and strategic operational functions required to service the client as outlined per contractual agreement, such as: contingent workforce staffing management; independent contractor compliance; third party payrolling; statement of work management; worker onboarding and offboarding; co-employment risk mitigation; utilization of reporting and analysis
    • Regularly assess potential for increasing Broadleaf's service for assigned client(s), partnering with Sales and Leadership to introduce potential new services to the client
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of client's industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions; ensure other account team members have suitable levels of knowledge, and provide guidance as needed
    • Monitor service levels on an ongoing basis via reviews of processes and efficiencies; develop action plans when necessary, for course correction
    • Manage supplier relationships and strategy by hosting supplier forums; perform analysis and conduct supplier performance meetings via the program scorecard process, and perform rationalization recommendations to align with business needs
    • Ensure operational processes leverage Broadleaf systemic/program process offerings for optimal efficiency
    • Participate in development and preparation of Internal Account Reviews, Quarterly Business Development Plans and Account Mapping (with support as required), and manage ongoing progress to meet established goals
    • Serve as back-up support for TAAs assigned to other MSP accounts as needed
    • Contribute to case studies, account plan and STRIDE certification
    • Create and maintain account specific documents for training and support initiatives
    • Perform other duties as determined by business needs and management direction
    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • 3+ years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, or project management within the staffing industry
    • 3+ years client/customer facing experience
    • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
    • Experience presenting to C-level executives
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
    • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
    • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
    • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment
