We are seeking a highly capable, action-oriented and engaged individual to join us as a Recruiting Lead.
     
    The Recruiting Center's main purpose is to support the fulfillment of Broadleaf's RPO and Managed Service Program (MSP) clients' open requisitions through advisement, facilitation of and screening of candidates, building talent communities by pipelining candidates and/or developing valued relationships with hiring managers and associate suppliers, and ensuring a positive experience for the active candidate being migrated to the 'hired' status and cleared to start.
     
    As the Recruiting Lead to our recruitment center, you will have a major impact in not only building and training our team and identifying key hiring needs, but also be deeply involved in setting our recruiting strategy and the development of infrastructure to support it.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Hire, lead, coach develop a team of talent scouts including hiring, performance management and requisition workflow.
    • Leverage your experience and knowledge of best practices to shape the growth of our team and provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring needs to meet business objectives.
    • Drive the candidate-facing recruiting efforts across the organization, in both technical and non-technical areas.
    • Build networks and recommend sources to develop and maintain a pool of high-quality, diversified candidates for all levels and functions.
    • Collaborate with leadership team to set recruiting team goals and monitor KPIs.
    • Monitor volume and quality of candidate sourcing, screening, and submittals by the team.
    • Optimize team efforts to execute business goals and achieve overall team and business objectives.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer phase.
    • Maintains relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. 
    • Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders from MSP/RPO teams.
    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a staffing agency and/or corporate recruitment environment.      
       
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
       
    • Experience tracking and reporting on metrics and KPI's.
       
    • Experience developing and managing a team of recruiters
       
    • Deep knowledge of the recruiting industry, recruitment processes and employment law.
       
    • Extensive knowledge of sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates.
       
    • Advanced technical skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, VMS, Internet recruiting & Sourcing tools.
       
    • Be empathetic, persuasive, tactful, and approachable to employees across the business.
       
    • Successful track record in recruiting process development.
       
    • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
       Strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build strong candidate relationships.
