    Job Summary:
    Orchestrating  the sales pursuit and managing a sales territory over focused on mid-market and large market organizations  that will benefit from our total talent management service offerings The primary focus will be identifying and establishing key relationships with high level decision makers in human resources, procurement, diversity, and operations, initiating the discovery process of their business needs and maintaining a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients that ultimately leads to new business for the company. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead the expansion of the company's MSP, VMS, RPO, SOW and IC Management customer base and drive strategic sales initiatives
    • Assess the business needs of senior level decision makers and effectively communicate the benefits our solutions provide via in-person meetings, formal presentations, and other communication channels
    • Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities
    • Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category
    • Consistently move prospects through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity updated in a CRM
    • Meet monthly sales activity targets including cold calls, email marketing campaigns, appointments, proposal creation and targeted networking events
    • Attend industry conferences and lead pre- and post-conference sales and marketing efforts
    • Work closely with the Communications team on proposal and sales material creation, white papers and RFI and RFP responses
    • Work closely with the Marketing Department  on joint sales and marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, media opportunities and social media to increase our brand and name recognition
    • Participate in pricing decisions and evaluate the operational and financial aspects of new business opportunities
    • Provide ongoing account management for workforce solutions customers to include client entertainment, participation in quarterly business reviews, expansion opportunities and serving as the POC for escalation as needed
    • Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business
    • Promote company's corporate brand through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations

    Other Duties:
    • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to staff or train staff as needed
    • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
    • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
    • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree along with a minimum of five (5) years of consultative services sales experience 
    • Strong track record of success in closing complex sales and managing multiple prospective client accounts, in various stages of the sales cycle
    • Ideally will possess a good understanding of the recruiting and staffing industry and recruitment process outsourcing services 
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and must present a positive and professional image
    • Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business transportation
