    Broadleaf  has an exciting opening for a Client Delivery Program Manager! This is a full time role working with an amazing team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate administrative activities incl. payroll/billing with customer and supplier
    • Coordinate with supplier for daily work functions and employee relations to include terminations; ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding of assigned contractors, as needed when stepping in for program manager
    • Assist in analysis of performance metrics to measure Company's and associate supplier's performance
    • Assist with open order management as needed
    • Conduct supplier audits for payroll and compliance
    • Assist with supplier billing and remittance questions
    • Create forms in VMS
    • Assist in obtaining candidate feedback
    • Train customer, supplier and contingent in person or via WebEx
    • May provide first line of support to customer on VMS tools
    Other Duties:
    • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
    • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
    • Travel up to 5% may be required
    Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • Associate degree
    • 1 year of Human Resources or staffing industry experience
    • 1 year of experience using MS Word and Excel

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Financial or analytical job experience is a plus
